Hi, I’m Jim. I’ve spent 35+ years in trucking and logistics, which means I’ve seen just about everything—and I probably have a sarcastic comment about most of it. If something needs to get from Point A to Point B on time, I’m your guy. If it doesn’t? Well… we’re going to have a conversation about it. I’ve lived in Arizona for over 30 years, so I’ve mastered two things: logistics and surviving the summer heat. Around here, I help keep operations running smoothly, trucks moving, and everyone (mostly) in line. Outside of work, I enjoy live music, sports, and spending time with my family. Don’t let the grumbling fool you—I actually like people. I just show it differently.

Hi, I’m Grant, Branch Manager of Standard Restaurant Supply here in Mesa, Arizona. I was born in Colorado, moved to Alaska when I was nine, spent ten years in Seattle, and eventually made my way back to Colorado to finish my degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver. I majored in Convergent Journalism with a minor in Sport Media and also completed coursework in Sports Business Management and Data Analytics through Northwestern University. I’ve spent the past 10+ years in grocery, retail, and restaurant operations. I started out as a Courtesy Clerk at Safeway and worked my way through multiple departments before stepping into leadership roles with Target and King Soopers, where I supervised front-end operations and e-commerce teams. I also spent four years with Marco’s Pizza, working my way up from an inside team member to General Manager, while helping support several other stores across the Denver Metro area.
Before coming to Mesa, I served as Assistant Branch Manager at our Denver location. Now, I’m proud to lead our Mesa team—focused on great service, strong relationships, and helping restaurant owners find exactly what they need at the right price. Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan (Rockies and Broncos all the way), love writing and music, and enjoy spending time with my family in Colorado and my dog, Charlie.

I am Brian Stahm, project manager in the contracts department of Standard Restaurant Supply in Mesa. Arizona. I was born in Chicago but in 1962 my parents moved to Arizona with my older sister and I to start a life out West. Life was good growing up in Arizona. When I was 20 years old, I began my journey overseeing many construction jobsites, including 9 years of supervision of multifamily family housing complexes.
My next experience was 6 years supervision of the construction of multimillion dollar custom homes in north Scottsdale. I next worked with a landscape company for 12 years and progressed from Project Manager to Vice President of landscape construction.
I joined Standard Restaurant Supply in 2011 as a Project Manager in the contract department and have helped grow sales and installations of new kitchen equipment into many public schools, fire departments, large company office kitchens and serving areas.

Hi, I’m Keith McConneha, Contract Sales Manager at Standard Restaurant Supply. I’ve spent over 30 years in foodservice equipment sales, consulting, and project management — including the last 13 years here at Standard. I lead our Arizona Contract Team, working with general contractors and end users on projects ranging from schools and hospitals to restaurants, hotels, casinos, and arenas.
Before joining Standard, I managed major airport restaurant projects with Wasserstrom/DCS Group and worked with brands like The Melt and Black Angus. I’ve also served as a foodservice consultant and co-founded Landmark Kitchen Design, contributing to projects across the U.S. and internationally. My background includes design leadership, equipment contracting, and custom fabrication, supported by an A.S. in Industrial Engineering and early training in architectural design and business.

Hi, I’m Jerry! I’ve been married to my wife Julie for 35 years, and we’re proud parents to our son. Before joining Standard Restaurant Supply, I spent 25 years in the aviation industry specializing in parts sales. After that, I took a leap of faith and owned my own bakery for five years — which gave me a whole new appreciation for the challenges our customers face every day.
I’ve been with Standard for a little over a year now as part of the Hybrid Sales team, and I love combining my sales background with real-world foodservice experience to help our customers find exactly what they need.

Hi, I’m Lulu Solis, Inside Sales at Standard Restaurant Supply in Mesa. I spent 15 years serving customers at our Phoenix store before joining the Mesa team four years ago—and I truly love what I do. Helping our customers find exactly what they need is the best part of my job. I’m a proud mom of four (three girls and one boy) and grandma to eight beautiful grandbabies. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me spending time with my family or at church.

Hi, I’m Mark Wolff, Outside Sales with Standard Restaurant Supply in Mesa, Arizona. Originally from Cleveland, I moved to Scottsdale as a kid and started my culinary career in 1991. After years as a line cook and kitchen manager across Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas, I transitioned into restaurant supply—spending over two decades with Ace Mart, including 15 years managing multiple Houston branches. In 2023, I moved back home to Scottsdale and joined Standard as an Outside Sales Associate.
I’m a proud dad to my 23-year-old daughter, a talented performer starting her career with Carnival Cruise Lines. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, playing pickleball, and traveling with my girlfriend Michelle—we’ve always got another adventure planned.
