Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of Standard Restaurant Supply and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to the rules and decisions of Standard Restaurant Supply.

Giveaway Period: Entries accepted online (SCAN ENTER WIN) starting approximately July 15, 2025, at 8:00 AM, and ending at midnight on July 16, 2025.  Any entries that are received before and/or after these times will be disqualified.

How to Enter: Submit an entry using the online form on the giveaway page—one entry per person.

Prize: Winner will receive one Standard Restaurant Supply -Gift certificate for $1,000.00.

Odds: It depends on the number of eligible entries.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners are selected by random drawing and notified via email. Failure to respond within 72 hours of being notified forfeits the prize.

Rights Granted: By entering, you allow Standard Restaurant Supply to use your entry and you agree to allow your name and likeness to be used in promotional materials, including social media, website, etc., for promotional purposes and will be subscribed to the email list.  You may unsubscribe at any time.

Terms: Standard Restaurant Supply reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway. Any attempts to undermine the giveaway’s integrity may result in disqualification.

Limitation of Liability: Standard Restaurant Supply is not responsible for any issues or damages arising from participation in the giveaway.

Disputes:

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding mediation, to be conducted in Utah, in accordance with the rules of a recognized mediation organization, such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or similar. Each party shall bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees. No party may bring any claim as a class action or as a private attorney general.
